Coordinator of International Recruitment

American University of Central Asia seeks a dynamic, experienced individual to serve as the Coordinator of International Recruitment.

The candidate should:

 - be a strategic thinker with ability to set/attain goals and successfully implement solutions
 - be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to make a difference
 - possess effective coordination, team building, and communication skills
 - have proactive customer service orientation
 - be fluent in English and Russian
 - have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office; aptitude for utilizing new technologies is essential
 - be able to travel internationally, about 50% of time (most extensively October through May)
 - possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution

Preferred qualifications:

 - experience in marketing, PR, sales
 - understanding of admissions process at higher educational institutions
 - deep understanding of the Central Asian region
