Once you purchase a subscription please allow a maximum of 24 hours for account activation during the week. A username and password will be e-mailed to you. Our system is case sensitive, so please pay particular attention to your username and password and make sure you type the capital letters as generated. Currently accounts have to be activated manually during our normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET. Once your account is activated you will receive an e-mail with your login information.

Institution-wide, multiple-office memberships are available - even if your offices are spread out over different countries. Access is possible over IP ranges.
(including university libraries--campus libraries are charged in accordance to the number of students enrolled in their respective universities as detailed above. A campus library is considered to offer campus-wide access to all potentially interested students and, as such, it is not eligible for the public library rate)
